On May 17, 2010, the Portuguese President, Anibal Cavaco Silva, signed into law a bill that allows same-sex marriages, making the predominately Catholic Portugal the 8th country in the world where same-sex marriage is allowed country-wide. The law will become effective within a few days, after publication in the official gazette.

Guys.. This topic is really good. But only constraint what I feel with regards this conference is that we will have to put extra effort in pitchin for the delegates.. I mean the VCs. and to make this conference a success the presence of VCs is much needed as delegates. And I also feel we will at times have a constraint when some VCs may ask for travel packages and staying facilities. In short our bargaining power with respect delegates may be very less…
