Network Marketing Ethics. You should be somebody people can trust.

One of many most important reasons in the expansion of a down line that yields dependable residual income is continual growth that exceeds the turnover rate. All firms experience worker, contractors or workforce turnover. Even volunteer organisations have a trouble with turnover. The shrewd ones attempt to keep it to a minimum for the reason that it is just plain good business.
Research conducted recently showed that just 20% of workers in the interviewed companies were fully engaged. That means that 80% were looking for other jobs, disinterested in their occupation and in the extreme disliked their occupation but came anyway. Who desires personnel that do not like their work arriving through the doorway each and every morning? That just cannot be good for moral or productivity. Appears like a fabulous recipe for frustration and anger to me.
Like the cost of discovering new shoppers, replacing distributors in a downline is difficult. It truly is much better to keep them content and make sure that they are busy trying to find new customers and distributors instead of a different company.
It is not always concerning money as most people would expect. Respect is a much larger factor in how people think about their relationship to a network marketing company and their up-line leaders. If a company disrespects their marketers the marketers often pass on the disrespect to the customers. Have you ever wondered why a waitress serving customers is on edge when you can listen to the owner/cook in the kitchen yelling at her? Did you truly expect it to be different?
Excellent products are certainly not adequate nowadays to help a network marketing business be successful. Within the previous twenty years corporate head offices have been firing employees, eliminating lunch rooms, chopping in house publications, chopping away at the staff picnic and generally trying to be as financially efficient at the expense of staff. So now these staff abused by company managers

You're assuming everyone tips the same. They do not. Some walk out on checks, some don't tip at all, some tip very little. You're also assuming people are buying the same amount of food, and they do not. Some come in for coffee and water, some just dessert. You're also assuming servers can walk out with that amount of money. They do not. Some have to "tip out" meaning, they share tips with bartenders, bus people, expo servers, etc. This is based on sales amounts, not actual tips. Also, you're forgetting that servers have to pay taxes on the amount of money they make in tips. This is done automatically via your sales amount. Say if a server sells $200.00 in sales. He/She is expected to claim at least 10-15% of that money and the money is taken out of a paycheck. So a paycheck for 40 hours of work can be about $20.00 once taxes, insurance, everything else .. is taken out. You're also assuming every night is a busy night. It is far like that. Some nights are very slow, and some nights are very busy. It's a crap shoot.
To answer your question, in a fantasy world, your numbers would be correct, but in reality, they are far from well.. reality.
thats a fucking sick idea!!
