No company wants to sell themselves short without first evaluating all their options. I wouldn't take it personally. If they say 3 weeks, that's roughly 3 weeks, and calling them will only irritate them. Chances are, they are probably still deciding who to hire. Unless you have a close/personal contact with the company, I would advise against calling and asking about the status of the job.

In every other industry, flow charts are used for projects, so that details are not taken for granted.

The question of citizenship is the beginning point in our presidential candidate process, or beginning of the flow chart.

Heads should roll for this.

It will be a miracle if Mr. Berg gets this through our bureaucracy, before BO takes the oath.
