Honour your beloved with a baguette diamond anniversary ring
September 2, 2010 by Dunkin
Wedding anniversaries are definitely one of the “traditions” that have been celebrated for many years. I for one think this is a beautiful celebration because of how it celebrates the continuous love between a man and woman. We all need to see that marriages do work and there are happy endings, because it gives us all a sense of hope. A great gift to honor this special occasion is a baguette diamond anniversary ring.
Diamonds as we know have always been a woman’s favorite; it reflects the purity and intensity of love that she shares with her partner. A 5 stone diamond anniversary band is the best way to display your everlasting love for your partner and the most elegant and stylish way of saying “Thank You” to your partner for being there for you in good and bad times and for loving you the way no one has ever loved you.
However, I think it is safe to say; that when it comes to the giving of gifts for anniversaries, especially in our modern culture today; we do not stick to tradition. I don’t think any woman would want to wait until they’ve been married for 60 years just to get a baguette diamond anniversary ring. So this is great news! There is still the balance of tradition and modern culture; because we celebrate the anniversary, yet we can still give diamond anniversary rings to our loved one in whichever year or whatever style you may choose. Enjoy the celebration!
The three common marks for the tradition in wedding anniversaries would be the 25th year which is the Silver Anniversary, the 50th year which is the gold (Golden) anniversary, and of course the 60th year which is the Diamond Anniversary. So as you can see, if you stick with tradition on this part, it either has to be silver, gold, or diamond; and that will largely depend on the years you’ve been married.
I for one think that there should be a balance between all of these things. It is hard to stay that we should just allow ourselves to forget about traditions and go with the flow, because in a sense we can end up missing out on some great values that tradition has taught us. On the other hand, it wouldn’t be too wise to be so stubborn on sticking with tradition, that we miss out on the new things we can enjoy in life and see how it takes us.

I actually wasn’t a fan of these because of the no-jump man thing and the quality wasn’t very good
