Owning and operating a bar these days is tough work. You have to concern yourself with keeping your clientele happy, your staff happy, and keeping the taxman happy. You have to focus on keeping your promotions fresh and lively, and on keeping your customers engaged and wanting to come back. You need to be able to keep your staff motivated and positive, while also keeping labour costs down. On top of that you have to adjust to ever stricter laws around responsibility for drunk drivers and drunk patrons. Between all of this it can be difficult to lose focus on your bar supplies.

However, with some pre-planning and regular maintenance to your equipment inventory, you will be able to continue to provide a welcoming establishment for your guests and a place to work for your employess in which they will be able to do their jobs effectively and without having to run out of equipment.
