been in this boat myself,I refused to allow it..if he had complaint then he would need to take me for mediation but my girls were not driving cross country with is wife for the mere safety issue that she is not a parent and I don't want my kids in a accident five 500 miles from home without a parent with them that could sign permission for medical care.
so i refused and told him to take me to court,he never did..also you could go to the child support office and tell them you need the case reviewed ,fill out the form explaining why.I'm sure he will answer to to that.
if he refuses to travel to the state himself then he is hiding something. Maybe he has a warrant in your state himself or he is behind on child support. there is something wrong there..he may be to scared of something to ever come to mediation or ask for it.
