Personalized Wedding Favor

Although know almost every wedding guest will be given wedding favors, a personalized wedding favor is still quite rare as the cost of these is a little higher but for the bride and groom to be able to have their names on these gifts makes all the difference. These favors are designed to be more permanent reminders of your special day and depending on the type of favor you present to them, they may last for many years to come.
Many things happen over the years and often people lose touch but a personalized wedding favor will ensure that wherever the person is if they look at the favor they will remember. It is surprising how the memory works and even little details like the bride and grooms name plus the place and date they were married can bring the whole day back to the person who was given the personalized wedding favor.
When giving personalized wedding favor it is very important to plan ahead and the reason this is so important is because unlike other wedding favors which can be bought right off the shelves, personalized wedding favors require special processing. There are now a number of specialist suppliers of personalized wedding favors items but these companies can get very busy as everyone has the same idea that they will be able to delay the order and they may end up not being able to honor your order if it is processed late. This means the wait for personalized orders can be as little as a couple of days but may take a week or even longer depending on the size of your order and how busy the manufacturer is at the time.
Of course you could ask for a rush order but do not expect this to be supplied free of charge which could see each personalized wedding favor double or even treble in price because you delayed. Remember when you are discussing what to put on your personalized wedding gift, each word will cost and you are free to say what you like but you will need to put the name of the bride, groom, the date and possibly the location. Although names and details are the most usual pieces of information to have printed on your candy outers, pictures frames or coasters, other methods of personalization exist that can be just as effective.
If you use your imagination almost anything can be personalized but printing your photo on a cookie is quite an effective personalized wedding favor. The easiest way to do this is to supply the bakery with a digital photo of the two of you and let them print it onto the face of the cookie.
Couples can choose to have their wedding cake picture placed on the cookies and can also include a few words such as the date or a quote from a love song. If you want to give something edible that is going to last as well then why not have the printing done on the wrapper or ribbon instead as they can at least eat the wedding favor but will still have a reminder to keep. Personalized ribbons are easy to order and can even be pre-cut if you wish to save time but do provide a nice finishing touch.
