One of the biggest problems about teaching, especially teaching large sections classes (see Corey, above) is that WVU's technology office is not very good. OIT is much more concerned with showing you all the bells and whistles of their software and programs than with what you really need for your teaching. I don't care if eCampus or the classroom clickers can kiss your wife and tie your shoes. What I need is a way to take attendance that minimizes the opportunities for cheating, and an easy way to enter grades and communicate with students.
