The Right Kitchen Lighting for Each Kitchen

July 19, 2009 by

My friend is a full time housewife with three children. She normally stays at home and does the household chores. She also looks after her kids most of the time. Since she is normally at home, cooking is one of the chores she loves to do. While her kids are in school, she normally spends her time in the kitchen cooking and baking a variety food. Because of her unique ability in cooking, she has made it a small time business so that she could make some money while staying at home. But recently, she has been having problems preparing her food owing to of her vision problems.

A friend mentioned to her that she may be having a difficult time owing to her kitchen lights that are not right for her kitchen. Her kitchen only has a lone fluorescent lamp that was supposed to light the whole room. However this is not adequate for the whole room so when she is working in the kitchen she does not have enough light.

She called upon an interior designer about this concern. The interior designer said that her kitchen lights are not adequate for the room. He even clarified further that correct lighting is vital in the kitchen because aside from the fact that it adds up to the ambiance, it is also needed that you see what you prepare in your food. This is to avoid any mistakes and guarantee that the kitchen is clean. Improper lighting may make it seem like you have a clean kitchen when actually you don’t. To receive some other kitchen lighting ideas browse a lighting for kitchen guide.

Margaret decided to visit the home supplies shop and look for the right kitchen lights. Since she has an island counter in her kitchen, she decided to have a three-light island lights to assure that she has sufficient lighting when she is preparing her food. After she added her new kitchen lights she was so pleased because she felt easier to job in the kitchen than before.

Complete and irrefutable BULLSHIT. This woman is not a doctor, nor does she have any type of Medical degree. It is people like this that are very damaging to the many benefits of a Vegan diet. She reiterates the archetype that Veganism is depriving; in reality it expands on your dietary choices. Do yourselves a favor and pick up a book. Instead of getting force-fed this bullshit.
