Yeah…Florida and Michigan should just be swept under the rug. They can join all the big states that Hillary always wins under there.

You people think the Republicans are going to "play nice" with this Wright thing once the GE rolls around? You're nuts. Don't worry though, Obama will still win the election…with all the penny ante states he's won.

Any rumors you’ve been hearing about the demise of Microsoft Office have been greatly exaggerated, according to a new blog post from Forrester analyst JP Gownder. The software giant will launch Office 2010, the latest refresh of its ubiquitous productivity tools, in retail stores tomorrow. Gownder writes that Office will “continue to succeed with consumers.” Now, it’s no secret that Office has huge customer base, and that isn’t going to change overnight. But the post is still worth reading for its provocative arguments about how Office fits into the larger software landscape. The new Office Web apps have gotten the most coverage, but Gownder argues that Office 2010’s real significance is that it’s shouldering “the defense of packaged software in general.” Microsoft themselves executives might not be thrilled with that characterization, because in speeches and in interviews they have emphasized that the company is “all in” when it comes to prioritizing cloud computing and cloud…
