Yes, Btssb in San Francisco (as well as the neighboring Black Peace Now) is open and running (if you're lucky enough to visit Paris, I suggest going to their Baby store, and I think Angelic Pretty is opening a store soon, nearby the Parisian btssb). Tokyo Rebel (in NYC) is a physical shop that resells everything from sweet to punk lolita. I don't know how this business is running now, but Mashimaro Girl has a store in Missouri (I don't remember if it's in St. Louis or not).
