yea good luck in Florida….prob one of the single worst states to do mortgages today, let alone just getting started in the business…..home values there are dismal w/ most people oweing more then their homes r worth……..You have a lot to learn!!

You would need to get the permission of the listing agents to feature the photos in an advertisement that has your name on it. Since they are not "your" listings.
If you set up a portal where buyers can see all listings, you just need to contact your realty association to set up an IDX account. Then buyers can click on your site to get access to the MLS. They buyers do not get to see 100% of what an agent can see.

NO! The Federal Reserve already has too much power. The FED's own actions are the likely cause of the whole housing bubble and subsequent mortgage bubble collapse!
